Made-to-order business

We are a made-to-order business.  Once your order is placed we will get to work producing the items in your order.  Orders for more than one item may have the items produced in different facilities. Generally, please allow 7-14 business days to receive a tracking number. 

Metal Signs:  Occasionally a sign is produced that has imperfections, which is a normal part of fabricating metal signs.  When the production facility finds an imperfection, they will re-make the sign.  This will cause delays in shipping signs as the facility works to make you a high-quality metal sign.

Free shipping does not include package protection.  We are not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen items unless Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout.

Shipping  

We ship within the USA and timeframes are quoted by our carriers as: 
  • 7-14 business days for delivery in the contiguous USA (the "lower 48").
  • 13-21 business days in the remote USA (Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

Your items are shipped as soon as they are produced, therefore you may get more than one package if you ordered multiple items.

When you place your order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

As a made-to-order business, our products are produced at the time of order.  For that reason, we only process returns when items are damaged or have quality issues.  If there are any issues with the quality of our products, we ask you to take the following steps:

Step 1: Email us at admin@outdoorsfind.com with a description of the issue.

Step 2: Attach photos that clearly show the issue so that we can work with our production partner to find a solution.

Step 3: Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement item sent.

Please allow up to 2 business days for the processing of refund/replacement requests.  Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing or construction of our products.

 

Shipping Protection Claims

If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout and your package was lost, damaged or stolen during shipping, we ask you to take the following steps:

Step 1: Email us at admin@outdoorsfind.com with a description of the issue.

Step 2: If your item was damaged in shipment, please send photos that clearly show the damage.

Step 3: Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement item sent.
